Job summary

Integration International Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional in Costa Mesa, CA, to manage inbound and outbound shipments, verify materials, and maintain precise ERP/WMS inventory records.

You will coordinate carriers, prepare shipping documents, and ensure compliance with safety and trade regulations. You will support warehouse operations, perform cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while collaborating with suppliers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Experience with freight carriers and shipping documentation.
• ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of safety and trade compliance.
• Teamwork, flexibility, and customer-focused approach.
• Lean/Kaizen and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and carrier pickups.
• Prepare BOLs, shipping labels, and required documentation.
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delivery, damage, and inventory discrepancies.
• Support warehouse operations, cycle counts, and material movement.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, CTPAT, and Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
