Job summary

ID Logistics US, a leading third-party logistics provider, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate in White Haven, PA. You will maintain quality systems records, update procedures, and ensure SOPs are current and compliant with QC requirements.

Responsibilities include audit readiness, documenting corrective actions, and safeguarding inventory accuracy across DC5 accounts. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Two years related experience or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Ability to interpret safety rules, SOPs and manuals
• Systematic completion of associate training and recordkeeping

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness
• Troubleshoots on cases with issues
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates
• Maintains all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required
• Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements
• Ensures internal audit documentation is current
• Reports corrective actions that comply to QC
• Reports safety non-conformance
• Ensures inventory accuracy for DC5 accounts
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems
• Follows GMPs and reports noncompliance
• Observes safety rules and enforces as appropriate
• Performs other duties as assigned
