Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required by safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems.
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation complies with Quality Requirements.
• Documents internal audits and corrective actions.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and determines root cause.
• Uses Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
• Adheres to GMP and reports noncompliance.
• Follows safety rules and enforces them as appropriate.
