Qualifikationen

• Two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, training, etc.).
• Keeps SOPs up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation and communication comply with quality requirements.
• Maintains documentation for internal audits and corrective actions.
• Reports safety non-conformance.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
• Adheres to GMPs and reports noncompliance.
• Observes company safety rules and assists in enforcement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
