Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to audit import, export, and domestic activities ensuring adherence to hyperscaler security protocols before tender or release. You will oversee documentation, audits, corrective actions, and training to uphold quality standards across operations.

Ideal candidates have a quality management or related degree and 2+ years in QA, with familiarity in logistics and systems like Cargowise and eQMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or related role.
• 1+ years in logistics or quality environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Cargowise experience required.
• Dot Compliance or other eQMS experience beneficial.
• SharePoint experience.
• Some logistics exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Documentation, control & records management across QA processes.
• Conducts internal audits and inspections for quality systems.
• Investigates non-conformances and customer complaints; perform root cause analysis.
• Tracks quality KPIs, data, and reporting to meet targets.
• Maintains compliance with ISO, CEIV, GDP, and other standards.
• Supports audits with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinates QA training and ensures completion via dashboards.
• Contributes to quality projects and continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to policies.
