The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers to keep projects on schedule and within company guidelines.

The position requires 3+ years in a professional environment and strong communication, with proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations teams.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers and project teams to ensure on-time project completion.
• Utilize systems and tools to manage each project in accordance with company policies.
