Talentify seeks an Ops Coordinator to manage the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings and perform various admin tasks supporting Sales and Operations. The role interfaces with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely project execution and smooth coordination of equipment movement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a professional business environment, strong communication, and a proactive, energetic work style; logistics exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet internal and external customer requirements; obtain information to ensure timely project execution.
• Provide timely information to staff and support to sales, vendors and customers to coordinate equipment movement.
• Communicate clearly with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers in a technical, professional manner.
• Use systems and tools to manage each project to completion while following company policies.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors to settle differences while preserving relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
