The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a professional business environment and excellent communication. Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word is expected; PowerPoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with partners and customers.
• Provide timely information to sales, vendors, and customers to keep projects on track.
• Communicate clearly with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers.
• Use systems and tools to manage each project to completion per company procedures.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors to reach concessions without harming relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
