Job summary

Triple Accessories is a downtown Los Angeles-based accessories wholesale company seeking a Production/Shipping Coordinator to support the warehouse team with clerical work, data entry, and logistics coordination.

You will plan shipments, manage shipping documents, track inventory, assist production order follow-ups, and log into QuickBooks, while maintaining professional communication with distribution centers and carriers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years shipping experience with major retailers.
• Experience with data entry, invoicing, and packing slips.
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan/Schedule/Route shipments (inbound and outbound).
• Supervise shipping/receiving documents and internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with packaging and labeling specifications.
