Triple-S Steel seeks a detail-focused Operations Coordinator to support daily operations by maintaining production inventory and shipping records in ERP and other systems. You will track raw materials, help ensure timely fulfillment of metal orders, and assist with general admin tasks and special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic typing and ten-key proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication with supervisors and team.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Enter, update, and organize daily operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Inventory Documentation: Maintain accurate records for incoming materials, finished goods, and related paperwork.
• Record Maintenance: Update electronic files, organize shipping documents, and ensure all material records are complete and accurate.
• Clerical Coordination: Assist with shipping, receiving, filing, data entry, and communication between departments.
• Information Verification: Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and proper routing.
• Report Preparation: Prepare routine daily or weekly summaries for management review.
• Office Support: Assist with quality records, audit paperwork, general administrative tasks, and special projects as needed
