Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Production Shipping Coordinator in Downtown Los Angeles to support daily production, fulfillment, and logistics operations. This in-person, full-time role requires coordinating shipments, maintaining documents, and collaborating with warehouse, production, and customer service teams.

The position is fully onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week) at a rate of $25/hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in shipping, logistics, production coordination, or related roles.
• Experience with major retailer shipping requirements preferred.
• Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, freight coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Familiarity with ASNs, EDI, retailer compliance standards, and shipping docs.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, carrier scheduling, routing, tracking, and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain shipping docs: invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, EDI paperwork.
• Work with freight carriers, DCs, and customers to meet shipping requirements.
• Monitor inventory activity and maintain records by style, order, shipment, and customer.
• Support production order follow-up and cross-team communication.
• Create and manage price tickets and maintain product/order information.
• Assist with quality-control checks on materials, labeling, and packing.
• Provide admin support for warehouse, shipping, and receiving.
• Respond to emails/phone inquiries promptly with follow-through.
• Take on additional logistics tasks as needs evolve.
