Job summary

Triple Accessories is a downtown Los Angeles-based accessories wholesale company seeking a Production/Shipping Coordinator to support the warehouse team with clerical work, data entry, and logistics coordination.

You will plan shipments, manage shipping documents, track inventory, assist production order follow-ups, and log into QuickBooks, while maintaining professional communication with distribution centers and carriers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years shipping experience with major retailers.
• Experience with data entry, invoicing, and packing slips.
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping a plus.

Job description

Triple Accessories / Fly By Night is an accessories wholesale company operating from a 50,000 square foot warehouse in downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for a Production/Shipping Coordinator to support our team with clerical work. This includes but is not limited to submitting data entry, coordinating logistics & freight, filing, handling paperwork such as invoices, packing slips and bill of ladings, helping coordinate shipments, checking inventory and keeping track of all styles, ASN and EDI processing, helping the production team follow up on their orders, logging into Quickbooks, keeping track of price tickets, having knowledge in avoiding charge backs, providing customer service to DCs we work with, good telephone etiquette, responding to e-mails promptly in a professional and respectful manner, etc. Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping a plus.

This position will support our warehouse manager whose duties include:

• -Plan/Schedule/Route both incoming and outgoing shipments
• -Supervise and prepare shipping/receiving documents and internal processes
• -Ensure compliance with shipping, packaging and labeling specifications
• -Update, track and ensure all delivery as required by customers
• -Coordinate in daily shipping and receiving workload schedules
• -Work with Accounting Manager in reviewing and resolving discrepancies in bills and
• -charge backs
• -Other responsibilities within the Shipping/Receiving/Logistics duties
• -Quality control (this will require basic knowledge of production as well as material,
• -Conscious on costs, time and service-oriented manners in the daily operations
• -Organized, detailed, respectful, works well under pressure, problem solver

Must have 2-5 years experience with shipping to major retailers..

Salary Range: $23/Hr+, PTO, Partial Kaiser insurance coverage
