XPO, Inc. is recruiting for an Operations Management Trainee in Salt Lake City, UT. This 12-month rotational program targets candidates with limited or no prior LTL or transportation operations experience. The role offers a path to frontline leadership after program completion.

You will rotate across major functions including field operations, linehaul, maintenance, and support, while earning a competitive salary and benefiting from training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within region upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 12-month rotational Management Training program across field operations, linehaul, maintenance and support functions.
• Participate in CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Perform foundational job functions for each rotational assignment and learn leadership skills.
• Complete leadership training at key points to prepare for frontline leadership on the dock.
• Collaborate with supervisors, dockworkers and field leaders to gain hands-on experience.
• Report progress and milestones to the program manager and mentor.
