Job summary

XPO Logistics is seeking an Operations Management Trainee for a 12-month rotational program designed for candidates with limited or no LTL or transportation operations experience. Responsibilities

• Work long, active days on the dock, collaborating with frontline teams.
• Rotate through 12-month management training across field operations, linehaul, maintenance and support.
• Participate in CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn foundational job functions and leadership training for dock leadership.
• Collaborate with supervisors and leaders to gain hands-on operational experience.
• Maintain communication with program manager and mentor; track milestones.
