• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to relocate within region
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month management training rotation across core operations functions
• Complete CDL and forklift certification during the program
• Work with dock teams, supervisors and field leaders to gain hands-on experience
• Develop leadership capabilities and deliver a capstone project at the end of the program
• Meet weekly goals and milestones and report progress to program manager
