Responsibilities

• Contribute to a strong health and safety culture by adhering to laws and policies.
• Assist in daily oversight and management of departmental tasks.
• Conduct staff debriefs and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Perform duties in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Allocate tasks to staff to meet daily targets and maintain workflow.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage call outs for training and attendance.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates.
• Track, analyze, and report Exchange Point metrics with managers.
