Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff across our WW Operations network. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while enabling data-driven improvements that boost productivity and customer on-time deliveries.

You will mentor teams, manage large-scale projects, and partner across Safety, Engineering, and HR to achieve business goals and meet service commitments in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
