Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, and staging while coordinating with other departments to meet customer and store needs.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication and math skills, and proficiency with Windows-based systems. A fast-paced environment with peak-hour demands is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure productive and cost-efficient operations.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs with CEM and Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety programs in line with OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Prepare activity reports for management and resolve discrepancies in shipments and packing slips.
• Oversee storage and staging, and manage storage buy transactions.
