Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensure SOP compliance, and support delivery performance and timely billing within our Supply Chain Solutions division.

The role involves coordinating with carriers, processing returns, and assisting the Operations Supervisor. Requires related logistics experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related RA types for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the “Over 50” report; obtain POD or survey customer; update system for invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
