Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Zeeland, MI is seeking a Manager Logistics to oversee account operations, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance and safety. You will manage salaried and hourly staff and coordinate with clients to meet demands.

This exempt role is salary paid twice per month with annual pay of $80,000-$85,000 and 10% annual bonus eligibility. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00 am–3:00 pm, with flexibility to cover additional shifts.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse leadership.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly staff; payroll exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L and report to senior management.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes, and invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with management and customers to meet demands.
