Salary ranges from $84,000 to $87,000 per year with an annual bonus incentive up to 10% based on performance. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Leads salaried and hourly staff, ensuring policy compliance and performance management.
• Collaborates with senior management and customers to align on needs and expectations.
• Responsible for payroll processing and timely reporting.

• Oversee weekly/monthly P&L to assess profitability and report findings to leadership.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Conduct Safety & Security meetings and training to ensure compliance.
