Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager Logistics to oversee the efficient operation of accounts, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, and safety.

You will lead both salaried and hourly teams, address performance issues, and align with senior management and customers to meet expectations. Responsibilities include payroll management, weekly financial analysis, accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.

Qualifications

• Formal education listed above is required or preferred.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related fields.
• Experience leading and managing direct reports.

Responsabilités

• Manage salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Oversee payroll and compile weekly operations reports for leadership.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety and security meetings and training; ensure regulatory compliance.
