Ryder System, Inc. in Yonkers, NY is seeking a Manager Logistics to oversee the efficient operation of accounts with P&L responsibility, manage payroll, and ensure compliance and safety.

The role offers a competitive salary and a bonus potential, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexibility for extra hours as needed. The position requires leadership of salaried and hourly staff, collaboration with senior management and customers, and deep knowledge of transportation and warehouse logistics

Formación

• H.S. diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years of managing and leading direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Transportation/Warehouse Logistics operations.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee salaried and hourly staff performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Responsible for payroll administration.
• Analyze P&L weekly/monthly and prepare reports for senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties and flexible scheduling as required.
