Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees, addressing performance and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to align on needs and operations.
• Oversee payroll and financial reporting; analyze weekly/monthly P&L statements.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings, training, and ensure regulatory compliance.
