Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll and accounts payable; vendor quotes and customer invoicing.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and provide financial data and reports to senior management.
• Conduct safety meetings and training; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
