Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program.
• Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry and cross-dock operations.
• Relocate to a facility for the first leadership role after program completion.
• Shadow Account Manager during customer sales calls and accompany drivers on local routes to learn the freight delivery process.
