• Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics required or at least two years of related work experience.
• Acceptable driving history that aligns with company standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor at all times.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Trainee Program to learn transportation industry fundamentals.
• Relocate to another facility after program completion for a leadership role in Operations.
• Observe and support Account Managers during customer sales calls and drivers on local routes.
