Upon program completion, relocation to another facility is required. You will work with a mentor, observe Account Managers on sales calls, and ride with drivers on local routes to understand the freight delivery process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation or Logistics, or two years of related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a driving history that aligns with company standards.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Trainee Program and complete a 16-week intensive training.
• Learn basic principles of transportation, cross-dock operations, and leadership communication.
• Interface with Support Center and Service Center associates daily.
• Accompany Account Manager during customer sales calls and drivers on local routes.
