Southeastern Freight Lines is looking for a Management Trainee to join its Operations Leadership program in the United States. The role starts with a 16-week intensive training track designed to equip you for an initial leadership/supervisory position in operations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics or two years of relevant work experience, with a valid driving history and excellent communication.

• Valid driving history according to company standards.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor; able to relocate as needed.
• Basic computer skills required for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Management Trainee Program to develop leadership skills.
• Learn transportation operations, cross-dock processes, and supervisory basics.
• Relocate to another facility after program completion for first leadership role.
• Engage with Support Center and Service Center teams during training.
• Shadow Account Managers and drivers to understand customer sales and delivery workflows.
