Job summary

Carvana seeks a General Manager for Logistics to lead a team of 10-15 and oversee 60+ employees, ensuring optimal vehicle transport operations and safety compliance. You will be the subject-matter expert on logistics, driving efficiency and problem-solving across the network.

You’ll partner with retail operations, third-party vendors, and inspection centers to deliver on plans, develop talent, and maintain a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• 4 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service and deploy assets; manage inventory and route accuracy.
• Oversee daily operations; solve barriers to execution.
• Support drivers, planners, loaders, and inventory teams as needed.
• Ensure DOT compliance and drive safety culture.
• Schedule resources to meet projected goals.
• Lead timing, communication, and performance across teams.
