Qualifications

• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; loader training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations.
• Develop site goals and ensure alignment with execution.
• Review routes and coordinate with planning to address issues.
• Mentor direct reports and manage performance and succession.
• Ensure safety standards and GEMBA walks are performed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Coordinate and monitor inventory movement and shifts.
