Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, seeks an Operations Supervisor in Fredericksburg, VA. You will supervise inbound/outbound tasks, plan labor, slot products, and manage customer communications under the Operations Manager, aligning operations with service and cost objectives and company policies.

Lead warehouse staff, train and evaluate performance, assign daily duties, and optimize space and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound operations and staffing.
• Plan daily work and labor schedules to meet priorities.
• Implement cost savings measures and improve efficiency.
• Ensure KPI targets and SOP compliance across operations.
