Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift training/certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities daily.
• Plan labor scheduling, space utilization, and customer communication.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Ensure KPI targets and safety/quality compliance.
