Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Clayton, IN seeks a Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Logistics Department, including document preparation and traffic coordination for inbound consolidations. The role requires strong leadership, experience supervising staff, and a customer-focused approach to delivering reliable service to internal and external customers.

Proficiency in MS Office and related software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years related experience; minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department activities, train staff, and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Develop service for internal and external customers.
• Set up and manage files and records for consolidations.
• Process inbound docs, issue quotations, and keep customer profiles current.
• Manage pre-alerts to track freight arrivals and notify customers.
