Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and external customers and manage profiles and service needs.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, truck and related carriers to track shipments and understand requirements.
• Manage documents for accuracy and update operational data in systems to resolve issues.
• Locate and verify information using databases and logs for operational accuracy.
• Track orders, assist with tracing, and prepare quotes or standard to complex quotes.
