Responsibilities

• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching and counseling to associates.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to increase productivity of dispatch operations and assist in training of new associates.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates are on/off duty and ensure correct site operating systems usage.
