Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of drivers at a single location in Lacey, WA. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while managing daily tasks, performance, and safety. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and hourly staff to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Schedule workforce and equipment to maximize productivity and safety.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to associates.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and performance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company policies at the site.
