• Ability to comprehend and interpret P&L statements and analyze them for positive/negative trending.
• Experience supervising office personnel (10–100 employees) assigned to respective account.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship management to maximize profitability and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret P&L statements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee daily supervision of office personnel (10–100 employees).
• Make sound decisions balancing customer, driver, and Werner for efficiency.
• Develop deep knowledge of customers and anticipate needs.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve complaints.
• Manage account profitability, revenue, invoicing, personnel, and driver turnover.
• Monitor operational procedures and metrics and implement profitability improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop staff.
