Job summary

Werner Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Logistics Manager to own the profitability of a dedicated account through daily operations, including driver management, load planning, and all customer service functions needed to ensure satisfaction.

You will supervise office personnel and drivers, coordinate with billing, safety, and maintenance, and report on KPI performance while promoting safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, Management, or Transportation/Logistics.
• 2–3 years customer service experience.
• 2–3 years transportation experience.
• AS400 and PC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the dedicated account’s profitability and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee driver management, load planning, and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate billing, safety, maintenance monitoring, and driver payroll.
• Supervise office personnel and drivers, and manage on-site customer interactions.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with billing, safety, risk, and other departments.
