• Supervise office personnel to drive performance and reliability.
• Travel as needed (approx. 5%) to monitor operations and support customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple on-site management teams and optimize performance using KPIs.
• Manage account profitability, revenue, invoicing, and driver/customer relations.
• Develop plans to improve profitability and reduce costs per account.
• Collaborate with support departments to ensure accurate invoicing and staffing.
• Prepare regular performance reviews and provide career development for staff.
• Present monthly/quarterly/annual reviews to customers and management.
