Job summary

Dow is seeking a Site Logistics Operations Performance Leader at its Texas Operations site in Freeport, Texas. You will lead logistics activities, champion safety, and drive reliable and efficient operations across loading, storage, transfer, and transport of multiple chemical products.

The role requires a strong manufacturing background, leadership of frontline teams, and the ability to reduce unplanned events while improving productivity and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/operations experience in a chemical, petrochemical, refining, energy, or high-hazard environment.
• Strong understanding of process safety, operational discipline, risk management and CI principles.
• Experience with hazardous materials/complex industrial processes.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead site logistics performance across loading, unloading, storage, transfer and transport activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong safety culture through visible leadership and coaching.
• Drive operational discipline and compliance with process safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with production facilities to safely and reliably execute logistics activities.
• Lead and develop operators, shift leaders and technical personnel for safe, reliable daily operations.
