Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or relevant military experience (U.S. E-5 or Canadian equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/operations experience in chemical/high-hazard environments.
• Understanding of process safety, operational discipline, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with hazardous materials or complex industrial processes.
• U.S.-based; legal work in the United States required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Aufgaben

• Lead frontline site logistics performance across loading, unloading, storage, transfer, and transport activities.
• Foster a strong safety culture through visible leadership and active engagement with operations personnel.
• Ensure compliance with process safety, environmental, regulatory, and operating requirements.
• Collaborate with production facilities to safely and reliably execute logistics activities.
• Develop operators, shift leaders, and technical staff to achieve safe, reliable daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety, reliability, productivity, and cost performance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in hazardous chemical handling and facility operations.
• Improve management systems, procedures, and standards to sustain performance.
• Prioritize resources to maximize value and eliminate non-value-added work.
• Ensure corrective actions from audits and investigations are implemented.
