Dow Inc. is seeking a Site Logistics Operations Performance Leader at the Texas Operations site in Freeport, Texas.

You will lead logistics activities for loading, unloading, storage, and transfer of multiple chemical products, while driving safety, reliability, and cost performance. You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and EH&S to ensure operational excellence and coach frontline teams to strengthen discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in chemical/industrial manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of process safety, operational discipline, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with hazardous materials or complex industrial processes.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead site logistics operations across loading, unloading, storage, transfer, and transportation.
• Develop a strong safety culture through visible leadership and coaching.
• Drive compliance with process safety, environmental, regulatory, and operating requirements.
• Partner with production facilities to safely execute logistics activities for manufacturing.
• Lead and develop operators and supervisors for safe, reliable daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety, reliability, productivity, and cost.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in hazardous chemical handling.
• Improve management systems, procedures, and operating standards.
• Prioritize resources to maximize value and eliminate non-value-added work.
• Ensure corrective actions from audits and RCIs are implemented.
