Dow Inc. is seeking a Site Logistics Operations Performance Leader for the Texas Operations site in Freeport, Texas.

The role leads logistics activities across loading, unloading, storage, transfer, and transportation, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. You will partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and EH&S to drive safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement in a process-driven environment, coaching teams to achieve operational discipline

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related technical discipline; or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E-5/Canadian PO2/Sergeant.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/operations experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining, energy, or high-hazard environment.
• Understanding of process safety, operational discipline, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with hazardous materials/energy and complex industrial processes.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline operations performance across site logistics activities (loading, unloading, storage, transfer, transport).
• Develop and maintain a strong safety culture with visible leadership and engagement of operations personnel.
• Drive operational discipline and compliance with process safety, environmental, regulatory, and operating requirements.
• Partner with production facilities to safely and reliably execute logistics activities supporting manufacturing operations.
• Lead and develop operators, shift leaders, and technical personnel to achieve safe, reliable daily operations.
• Strengthen team capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, productivity and cost performance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with hazardous chemical handling and facility operations.
• Improve management systems, procedures, operating standards for sustainable performance.
• Prioritize resources to maximize value creation and reduce non-value-added work.
• Ensure corrective actions from self-assessments, audits, RCIs, KPI gaps, and learning events.
