Momentum Transportation USA is seeking an Operations Customer Satisfaction Specialist to manage day-to-day transportation activities and ensure exceptional customer service. You will schedule and dispatch trucks, track shipments, and negotiate with carriers to secure the best rates and service levels.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of DOT regulations, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in Logistics or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Schedule and dispatch trucks to meet customer demands.
• Track shipments and provide updates (Track & Trace).
• Negotiate rates and services with transport providers.
• Maintain carrier relationships for capacity and service.
• Resolve customer inquiries and logistical issues.
• Process EDI as required (key account/OEM).
• Work extended hours at end of month/quarter/year as needed.
• Coordinate appointments with carriers, shippers and consignees.
