Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in logistics or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years dispatch operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks to meet customer demands.
• Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery with Track & Trace.
• Negotiate rates and service with transportation providers.
• Maintain relationships with carriers to ensure capacity and service.
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and team.
• Update transportation management systems.
• Prioritize tasks to improve quality and service.
• Extend hours during end-of-month/quarter/year cycles as needed.
