Job summary

Momentum Transportation USA in Jacksonville seeks a Customer Satisfaction Representative to establish and maintain profitable relationships with internal and external customers, taking responsibility for each contact and ensuring all requirements are met.

The CSR will handle EDI processing, coordinate with carriers, shippers, consignees, and update transportation management systems, provide timely problem resolution, and maintain professional attendance, with a Friday-Monday onsite shift 8am–7pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics customer service preferred.
• AS400 experience preferred and knowledge of NA geography.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong problem solving and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers.
• Process and coordinate EDI for key accounts/OEM.
• Coordinate appointments with carriers, shippers, and consignees.
• Update and maintain transportation management and operation systems.
• Provide complex problem resolution and guidance to others.
• Maintain regular attendance and professionalism; overtime as needed.
