Qualifications

• Experience working with carriers, vendors, and third-party transportation providers.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and business software systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and dispatch carriers, vendors, and transportation providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, drivers, and internal teams.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates.
• Resolve transportation issues, delays, and service concerns.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Update logistics information within company systems and spreadsheets.
• Support continuous improvement of transportation and coordination processes.
