Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order processing, sales support, or inside customer support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, customer-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive communication.
• Manage customer inquiries related to orders, inventory, pricing, lead times, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Process and maintain customer orders accurately within company systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Sales to ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, and changes to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints by identifying effective solutions and following through to completion.
• Assist with freight coordination, including Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer requirements, pricing, shipping instructions, and special requests.
