Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service, focused on scheduling and carrier interactions.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and carriers regarding shipments and delivery statuses.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, aligned to customer requirements.
• Update scheduling systems and communicate changes to customers and carriers.
• Support daily Transportation Department tasks and monitor shipment progress.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and scheduling metrics.
